This is her family. Her granny is a feisty lady who is now in her 90s, and still travels in and out of Singapore from Malaysia by herself. I have a small problem understanding her Hakka dialect so I usually depend on Ginny to interpret. Most of the time, I just nod furiously like I understand. Like me, Ginny is the oldest in the family. We are both the first kids in our respective families to be married so you can understand the major fuss to do everything right. No detail was to be spared, no roast pig legs or cakes to be left out.
