Top Ten Reasons to be proud to be an Indonesian.

Again, you might ask, do we really need a list like this? I say sure. It's good to count your blessings, every chance you get. So, without further ado, heeeeere we go,

10. Start a few small fires, and all our neighbours cough.

9. Just imagine if we fart!

8. Over 200 banks to serve you better!

7. At least our president doesn't mouth off like Lee Kuan Yew or Mahathir.

6. Neighbours willing to lend us billions of dollars just because we're us.

5. Not a welfare state, but we will help out the poor little rich banker if things get a little hairy.

4. Close one bank today, open another tomorrow!

3. Speak Bahasa - but better!

2. Systematic - named all the popular tourist spots like Bataam, Bintang, and Bali under "B" so dumb tourists wouldn't have to get pass the second letter in their English-Indonesian dictionary.

And the number one reason to be proud to be Indonesian...

1. Practically everyone is a millionaire - in rupiah.
